Session

Completing and submitting this contract & schedule forms an agreement between Russell Lewis (hereinafter called 'The Photographer') and the person booking the Portrait Session (hereinafter called 'The Client'). It is mutually agreed that when you book your Portrait Session the Photographer shall provide services and goods as specified and that the Client shall pay the Photographer the amounts due for the said services and goods on the due date

Option 1 – Portrait session only, with prints and digital images available separately – £100

Option 2 – Session plus 10 8x6" prints or 10 high-resolution digital images – £150

Option 3 – Session plus a 15x10" framed print or canvas – £200

Option 4 – Session with all finished images supplied as high-resolution downloads – £250

Option 5 – Session with a 15x10" framed print or canvas plus all images as high-resolution downloads – £300

By submitting this form you are confirming that you have read, and undertake to abide by, the attached schedule and terms of agreement

A deposit covering 50% of the Option selected can be paid either by BACS to Russell Lewis Photography 04-00-03 11211923 or by debit or credit card using the make a payment tab in the menu of my website. The balance falls due 3 days prior to your session and can be paid in the same way.
